Result of Annual General Meeting
London: 30 December 2020: Sirius announces that at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were duly passed. The Company will update shareholders as soon as is practicable in the New Year on both the proposed transaction in Nigeria, which was provisionally announced in the Letter to Shareholders on 7 December 2020, and also the Company’s proposed Admission to AIM in 2021.
