2020 Annual Report and Accounts
London, 29 September 2021: Sirius, the Africa focused oil & gas production and development company has today filed its 2020 Annual Report and Accounts with the UK Companies House and the document can be viewed and downloaded from the Company’s website at: www.siriuspetroleum.com. The Company will send a Notice of the Meeting to shareholders in due course.
Commenting on outlook for the Company, Bobo Kuti, CEO, said: “We have made significant progress during the first half of 2021 and look forward to progressing the development of the OML 65 JV with COPDC.”
Proposed AiM Admission
As previously announced, the Company is seeking Admission of its ordinary shares to the London AIM market and to this end, the credit approval for a senior funding facility to develop OML 65, is at an advanced stage of legal completion. Once achieved, the Company will be well placed to complete the re-listing on AiM.
